The initial disassembly identifies any reusable/repairable parts & which parts need to be replaced.
BACK END REBUILD:
 

  • Replace Slide Rollers & Assembly

  • Replace Hinge & Pivot Asembly

  • Replace Cable Guides & Rollers System

  • Inspect Rod Block & Valves

  • Re-Bush Rear Rollers

  • Replace Cross Shaft

  • Reroute & Insulate Applicable Hoses

  • Replace Rear Bumper & Fenders

  • Rebuild Tarp, Tarp Arms & All Brackets

HYDRAULICS:
 

  • Inspect Pump & Flush Entire System

  • Replace, Route, Insulate & Plumb All Hydraulic Hoses

  • Replace All Hydraulic Filters, Fittings & Hose Protectors

  • Refill Hydraulic Fluids

  • Test All Hydraulics

EXTERIOR CAB/REFINISHING:
 

  • Door Repair/Replacement (if applicable)

  • Hood Repair/Replacement (if applicable)

  • Quarter Fender Repair/Replacement (if applicable)

  • Degrease & Power Wash Entire Cab

  • Prep for Finishing (repair all dents & scratches)

  • Paint (to customer specifications)

  • Apply Graphics (if applicable)
